Built by Pet Lovers, for Pet Lovers Founded by Hunter Lowery in Sacramento, Skoot Pets was built to solve a common problem: finding trustworthy transportation for pets. After struggling with this challenge himself, Hunter set out to create a service that puts pets first while making the process easier for owners. Today, we proudly serve pet owners, breeders, and rescue organizations throughout California, Oregon, and Washington. Our team carefully plans every animal transportation, provides attentive care along the way, and keeps owners informed throughout the journey.
